A web portal that Danone management can use to monitor the jug rack repair process, start from plant requests until recon monthly repair cost. This solution facilitates communication between Danone divisions and vendors, as well as monitoring and implementing jug rack repairs.

A web application that allows plant users to request jug rack repairs. Plants can also monitor the repair status.


HQ Portal
Vendors can assign repair tasks to specific vendors based on repair requests from the plant. Email notification is available to vendors regarding these assignments. HQ can also perform various approvals, reviews, and monitoring throughout the repair process.

Vendor Portal
Dedicated platform for vendors allows them to record the list of jug racks picked up and the condition of damaged jug racks. Vendors can also upload repair results through the system, which can then be reviewed by HQ.
