A web application that allows users from various divisions to request contracts with specific vendors. This feature helps the legal team ensure the completeness of the data required to create new contracts.
Legal Tim Actions
Various actions, such as approvals and validations previously performed manually, now can be performed system-wide. This system is also integrated with DigiSign to support digital signage features.
Monitor Contract Status
This system also provide a dedicated web platform for vendors. Vendors can access the web application via a link included in the system’s automatically sent notification emails. This link allows vendors to monitor the status of contracts currently being processed.
